I did almost nothing to curb my eating. We still had our friend in town and we were still trying to eat our way through the entirety of Austin. But I still lost a little bit of weight and I can feel the soreness all over my body from those T25 workouts. The lower body DVD set my legs on fire despite only doing the low impact version of the exorcises.
Overall, I like T25. It is nearly impossible to say I don't have time to workout. Almost as soon as I put in the video, I only have 10 minutes left! This morning I took the laptop out to the pool cabana just on the back side of our building to workout. I can do it anywhere.... except in my own apartment.
